Schooling Show Results
Saturday was my first show this year. We got up early and traveled about an hour to the show. When we got there we unloaded and started tacking up. I was one of the first riders, so I did a warm up with my trainer.
Moon was so good. We did three classes, and got a second place, a first place and a third place, (in that order.)
It was a beautiful day, and all of us had a great show. Here are a few photos. I'll also post the show photographer's shots when I get them later this week.
Before the show Moon and I talked over our strategy. I guess it worked. He was really in the mood to jump!
We jumped all three rounds clean, and also went clean in the jump offs.
Right before the last round, we didn't have the best warm up, and I was a little worried about what he might do in the third round. But he was really good. I think he liked winning those ribbons.
