A Lopsided Christmas Tree.

tree after2.jpgToday it was snowing and we decided to get our Christmas tree. We like to pick out our tree every year on snowy days. The picture on the left is me staking out our tree. The picture on the right is the tree, me and Jai, my other four-legged friend.

Does the tree look a little lopsided? Someone cut it a little crooked. Dad was muttering under his breath when we got home and put it in the stand, but it's still cute.

We also got a little Charlie Brown Christmas tree for our table. Happy Holidays!

Hi Madison, My name is Missy
My Mom works with your Grandpa @ Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance. She told me about your blog and I just wanted to let you know that I think it's great! I am a horse lover too and enjoy reading about anything horsey. When I was your age, I wanted nothing more than to have a horse of my own and I finally got my first horse when I was 27 years old (about 10 years ago) I have a 1/2 Arabian named Velvet and I love him to death. Anyway, keep up the great work!
Hi Missy-I love your horses name. What kind of riding do you do?

Thanks Maddy. My aunt named him and I always tease him that he has a girl's name, but it fits him...he is pretty fuzzy this time of year and feels like Velvet : )
I do mostly Western riding, but I am hoping to start showing him in Hunter classes next year. Just flat work (I guess that is what you call it...without the jumping) I like your horse's name too. He is a pretty horse.
